Casa Puesta Del Sol is a new custom built Spanish Colonial style home perched high on a hill top in Ojo De Aqua surrounded by pastel color villas which setting some say is reminiscent of Florence, Italy. The casa accommodates up to 8 persons and has 3 baths. There are sweeping panoramic views of the city from daybreak to sunset into star studded evening skies hovering over flickering city lights. Views include the Parroquia, Parque Juarez, with spectacular views of the SierraMadreMountains; nearly every window in the home has beautiful scenery to enhance the enjoyment of your visit! Yet, the location is near the Centro, Art Institute and everything else san Miguel has to offer.
There are two master bedroom suites on the second floor of the home which have expansive views and including the rear garden and fountain. The king size beds have pillow top mattresses, rooms have soaring ceilings (one w/boveda) and cable tv/dvd players. There are ceiling fans w/lighting in each bedroom. The bathrooms are custom tiled and have artistic and interesting features including “waterfall” shower, faux clouds on ceiling and double hand painted sinks. There are more than ample built in closets in both bedrooms.

This villa is newly constructed in the old colonial style that gives you the feel of the old world Mexico, while providing modern comforts.
The property features five fireplaces with beautifully carved cantera limestone mantles, domed (boveda) brick ceilings, stone floors with inset tile work, satellite TV with U.S. stations. There is an outdoor jacuzzi for an additional $100.00 per week for the propane needed to heat the jacuzzi. There is purified water throughout the house
There are two king-sized beds in two bedrooms and two twin beds in another bedroom. The master suite features a large dressing room, marble bath and private, sunny terrace. There is also a small upstairs study. |

This amazing 5 bedrooms house combined comfort, luxury, colors and colonial architecture. The house is located in the Chorro area, 3 blocks from down town San Miguel. The garden is located at the bottom part of the property with a swimming pool featuring an old stone fountain.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for the chef in the family. It has the amazing look and space of old hacienda kitchen and the commodity of modern appliances.
The garage is ample and can fit easily 2 cars.
The main house has 4 suites each with its own en suite bathroom. Each bedroom has a king size bed. The first bedroom is at the same level as the kitchen and main area and opens up to the garden. There are 2 other bedrooms above the kitchen each of them surrounded by nice terrace overlooking the garden. The fourth bedroom is at pool level.
There is an extra bedroom in the casita at the entrance of the house with a full size bed. The casita is a full independent apartment with living room and kitchenette. |

Casa Magnifica is a wonderful property located on the upper part of San Miguel with an astonishing view to down town . The house is embraced by a lush garden with native trees . The swimming pool adjacent to the house will make you enjoy San Miguel great climate .
The grand dinner table sits comfortably 12 people and the kitchen next to it has all the appliances you might need . There is a Tv room , that can be used as a computer corner , it has an internet connection.
The five bedrooms are located in the main house and have all their own bathroom .
The little casita at the entrance is very cosy and has her own little private area .
The maid goes 3 times a week . |
